All orders are processed within 3–7 working days unless otherwise stated. As many of our pieces are made to order or carefully prepared in the studio, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping
We offer standard and tracked shipping across the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination:
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- Rest of World: 7–21 working days
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of receipt (or expected delivery date) at sales@ketnapatel.com, including your order number and photos if applicable. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
